Since 1996, we have been providing service to health care practices across the nation. Ranging from small independent offices to multi-specialty practices, we have learned that not all practices are alike. Sunrise Services’ physical headquarters are in suburban Louisville, KY, with a sister office in Columbus, OH. Both states have confirmed COVID-19 cases.
In the event of a more widespread threat, whether COVID-19, influenza, or weather emergency, Sunrise Services has the following plan and abilities:
A recently updated phone system, along with our existing support ticketing and remote access software allows all our staff to work from home. In the event our areas’ public officials recommend employees remain at home, Sunrise could still service customers of our RCM, cloud-based software, hosted WANs, EDI, and support services to full capacity.
If any staff are temporarily incapable of performing their responsibilities, we have cross-trained other staff members. Sunrise receives additional support from the developers of our multiple software offerings. Furthermore, we have backup support for critical services through relationships with vendors and our software reseller networks.
We’re hopeful that our planning and staging serve only to complete our original intent to create a more streamlined and efficient organization that can react quickly to the changing needs of customers and employees. But in the event of a more significant crisis, we are confident in our abilities to meet your service and support needs.
